Description
We'll meet at the tourist office in Avignon and head to the Pont du Gard, the largest aqueduct bridge of the Roman Empire, dating back to the 1st century AD. This monument is a masterpiece of ancient Roman engineering, and you'll learn about its history while taking photographs of the surroundings.
The next stop is Les Baux, a medieval village in the Alpilles mountain range, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. You'll have one hour of free time to explore and visit locations such as the Chateaux des Baux fortified castle.
Lastly, we will visit Saint Rémy, a town known for its artistic heritage. We'll stroll around the historic center and see its prominent sights.
