Sault Lavender Fields

Delight your senses and immerse yourself in the most typical landscapes of Provence on this tour of the lavender fields of Sault from Avignon.

Tour Details

At the designated time, meet at the Avignon Tourist Office to set off by minibus to Sault, a village in Provence known for its lavender fields.

After approximately one and a half hours' drive, we will reach Sault and its lavender fields, which transform into a violet landscape of fragrant flowers every July and August.

You will have free time to stroll between the fields and explore the town. In Sault, you will find several shops specializing in lavender products such as soap and honey, and we will visit one to learn about lavender distillation.

At the end of the tour, we will return to Avignon. On the way back, you will have additional opportunities to photograph natural landscapes.

You will be dropped off at the original departure point after five hours.
