Cangallo Falls Hiking Tour

At 7:50 am, we will meet at the Plaza de Armas and head south of Ayacucho to the waterfalls of Cangallo. We will take the "Route of the Cangallo Falls", passing through legendary waterfalls where the Indians practiced ritual offerings. These waters are said to have magical properties.

The experience begins with a hiking route to the Pumapaqcha waterfall, with a total round-trip time of about 40 minutes. After this, we will proceed to the Batán and Qorimaqma waterfalls, formed by the Chankil and Macromayo rivers, which will take approximately 1.5 hours.

After the hikes, a bus will take us to the Huahuapuquio pool for a refreshing bath in its mineral-rich thermal waters. Participants will have free time for lunch at the pool's restaurant.

We will conclude the tour with a brief stop in the town of Cangallo, known as the "City of Heroes and Heroines", before returning to Ayacucho, aiming to arrive back at the meeting point around 8 pm.
