At the indicated time, we'll meet at the entrance of La Casa del Aceite, located in the Plaza de la Constitución in Baeza. Are you ready to taste the liquid gold? Let's start the olive oil tasting!

As soon as we enter, we'll begin to discover the culture of olive oil in Jaén, learning the basics of this precious product. This includes the first crops, the variety of olive trees and plantations in Baeza, and the differences in the quality of the olive oils produced. Through images, we'll see how the picking of the olives and the production of oil is usually done.

Afterwards, we'll sit at the table and taste 3 olive oils of different varieties to appreciate their sensory qualities. For the tasting, we'll use an official blue or red tasting glass and a card to note our observations during the tasting.
