Taste the Best Olive Oil in Baeza

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the entrance of La Casa del Aceite, located in the Plaza de la Constitución in Baeza. Let's start the olive oil tasting!

Upon entering, we'll begin to discover the culture of olive oil in Jaén, learning the basics of this product, from the first crops to the variety of olive trees and plantations in Baeza, and the differences in the quality of the olive oils produced. Images will illustrate the process of picking olives and producing oil.

Afterwards, we'll taste 3 olive oils of different varieties to appreciate their sensory qualities. Each participant will have an official tasting glass and a card to note observations during the tasting.

The tasting will be accompanied by apples and bread, which are ideal for cleansing the palate. Finally, there will be a small tasting of a selection of gastronomic products made with EVOO, such as specialty chocolate.

After an hour and 15 minutes of experience, we'll conclude the activity.
