Olive Grove Tour + Olive Oil Tasting

Enjoy a unique experience learning about the "liquid gold" of Jaén on this guided tour of an organic olive grove, including a tasting of olive oil.

Description

At the agreed time, we'll meet at Calle Maestro Jerónimo Morales. From there, you can follow the guide's car along a 2 km (1.2 miles) rural road to the organic olive grove where the activity will take place.

Once there, we will explore the culture of olive oil and learn about the entire process, from the cultivation of olives to the production of what is known as "liquid gold." We will also discuss the differences between organic olive groves and other varieties.

Finally, you will have the opportunity to taste organic extra virgin olive oil, under the guidance of our expert in olive growing. The tasting will include an ochio, a typical traditional bakery roll with paprika and salt.
