Mount St. Helens Day Trip

At 7:30 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Seattle and travel south to Mount St. Helens. The journey to the Mount St. Helens National Monument takes approximately 3 hours, with a stop for breakfast at either the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge or Lewis & Clark State Park.

Upon arrival, we'll take a short hike to explore the area along the Toutle River, witnessing the scenery shaped by the volcanic eruption of 1980.

At 1:30 pm, a picnic lunch will be provided while enjoying views of the active stratovolcano. After lunch, we will visit the Johnston Ridge Visitors Centre for an immersive view of Mount St. Helens.

The trip concludes with a return to your hotel in Seattle by 7:30 pm.
