Mount St. Helens Day Trip

At 7:30 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Seattle and depart towards Mount St. Helens. The journey to the Mount St. Helens National Monument takes approximately 3 hours, with a stop for breakfast at either the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge or Lewis & Clark State Park.

Upon arrival, a short hike along the Toutle River will provide opportunities to observe the diverse landscape shaped by the 1980 volcanic eruption. At 1:30 pm, a picnic lunch will be enjoyed while admiring views of the volcano.

Next, we will visit the Johnston Ridge Visitors Centre to further appreciate the scale of Mount St. Helens. The tour concludes with a return to your hotel in Seattle by 7:30 pm.
