Mount St. Helens Day Trip

At 7:30 am, pickup will be at your hotel in Seattle for the journey to Mount St. Helens. The trip to the Mount St. Helens National Monument will last approximately 3 hours, with a breakfast stop at either the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge or the Lewis & Clark State Park.

Upon arrival at Mount St. Helens, a short hike will allow for exploration along the banks of the Toutle River, showcasing the contrasts resulting from the volcanic eruption of 1980.

At 1:30 pm, a picnic lunch will be provided against the backdrop of the active stratovolcano. Following lunch, we will visit the Johnston Ridge Visitors Centre to appreciate the scale of Mount St. Helens.

The day trip concludes with a return to your hotel in Seattle by 7:30 pm.
