With this boat ticket to Ons Island, you'll sail from Baiona to the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.
Boat to Ons Island
At the scheduled time, we'll set sail by ferry from Baiona towards the National Park. The journey includes scenic views of the Vigo estuary and the Cíes Islands. The crossing lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and continues through the Pontevedra estuary to Ons Island. Upon arrival, you will have the rest of the day to explore the island.
During your free time, you may have lunch, relax on beaches, or explore one of the four hiking trails, including one leading to the Ons lighthouse.
You will later meet at the dock to return to Baiona.
Authorization to visit Ons Island
Ons is a protected area with a daily visitor quota. Access requires authorization from the Xunta de Galicia. During high season (May 15 to September 15 and Holy Week), you need to bring your own authorization, which we will email you. Outside high season, the guide will provide it.
If a participant cannot attend, notify us at least 15 days in advance to remove their name from the list.
Ons Island Guided Visit
From October 1 to May 14 (except during Holy Week), the ferry ticket includes a 1-hour guided visit around Ons Island.
Return Schedule
The ferry will return from Ons Island at 6 pm. Your ticket allows same-day travel to and from the island. For different return dates, please contact us.
