If you want to return another day, indicate it during the booking process. If camping on the islands, obtain prior authorization from the Xunta de Galicia.

Guided tours in low season

During low season (October 1 - May 14), the ticket to the Cíes Islands includes a 1-hour tour with an official guide. Visiting the islands on your own is prohibited during this season. The guide will accompany you from the port, showing you the best spots and sharing facts about the history, plants, and wildlife of the archipelago. This tour is not offered during the 10 days of Easter Week (from the Friday prior to Easter Week through Easter Sunday).

Authorization from the Xunta de Galicia

During peak season (May 15 - September 30, and Easter week), you need your own authorization from the Xunta de Galicia to access the Cíes Islands. This will be sent via email after reservation. The rest of the year, the guide will bring it on the tour day.

Authorization for campers

If you stay at a campsite on the Cíes Islands, the campsite must process the authorization. If you wish to cancel, ensure the campsite cancels the authorization first so you can proceed with canceling your boat tickets with the shipping company.

Once an authorization is linked to a shipping company, it cannot be transferred to another company.
