Visit a captivating city on the Silk Road with this 2-day private tour of Sheki. You'll also enjoy a unique experience sleeping in a traditional caravanserai.

Tour Details

Day 1

After meeting at the Baku City's Tour Office, we'll depart for Sheki, stopping at Shamakhi to visit the Juma Mosque, an 8th-century temple. Next, we will continue to Lake Nohur for one hour of free time. We'll head to Sheki at 2:30 pm and enjoy a traditional Azerbaijani dish: the piti.

Afterward, we'll tour Sheki, including the Palace of the Kanes with its intricate tiles. The night will be spent in a traditional Caravanserai, crucial to the Silk Road.

Day 2

At 10 am, we'll depart the Caravanserai to visit Kish, where we will see a 12th-century Albanian church and a local silk factory. Then, we'll journey back to Baku, stopping in Gabala for lunch on your own (not included).

We will return to Baku by 8 pm, dropping you off at the meeting point.

Accommodation

This tour includes one night's accommodation in an 18th-century Caravanserai, declared a historical monument. The rooms are available as single, double, or triple, with private bathrooms.
