Blumenau & Pomerode Excursion

After pickup from your hotel between 8 and 9 am, we'll tour by car or bus along the Itajaí-Açu River, passing through Ilhota and Gaspar. The first stop is Blumenau, founded by German immigrants, known for its Oktoberfest, modeled after the famous celebration in Munich.

In Blumenau, we will visit the City Hall, formerly a train station, and the Cathedral of St. Paul the Apostle. You will also have time to visit the Beer Museum and Beer Garden, showcasing the art and preparation of beer.

Next, we will enter Vila Germânica, a venue for events like Oktoberfest, characterized by typical German architecture. You can have lunch on your own here before we proceed to Pomerode, entering through the Portal Wolfgang Weege.

In Pomerode, we will visit a typical porcelain store, a craft brewery, and the zoo to see various animals. The final stop will be at Vila Encantada, where we explore the time of the dinosaurs.

The tour ends with a return to the pickup hotels.

Access to the attractions

Vila Encantada is open from Tuesday to Sunday. For bookings on Monday, alternative attractions will be available.The tour price excludes the entrance fee to Vila Encantada, approximately 6.60 EUR for adults and 5.50 EUR for children under 12, students, and seniors over 60.You will also need to purchase an entrance ticket to the Pomerode Zoo, priced around 8 EUR for adults and approximately 4 EUR for children under 14, students, and seniors over 60 years old.

Pickup

The tour includes pickup and transfer back to hotels in central Balneario Camboriú. Arrangements for a meeting point are required if your hotel is outside this area.
