In this tour through the Amazonian parks of Belen, we'll discover part of the Amazonian fauna and flora in the city center.
Belen Amazonian Parks Tour
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Belen to start this tour. We will see examples of Amazonian fauna and flora without leaving the city center.
We'll begin at the Mangal das Garças environmental park, located on the banks of the Guamá River, covering 40,000 square meters where you can observe birds in their natural habitat. We will also learn about the life cycle of butterflies at the Butterfly Farm, and climb the tower for views of Belém.
The next stop is the Botanical Garden Museu Emílio Goeldi, founded in 1911, known for its research in Amazonian fauna and culture, and recognized as the oldest scientific institution in the Amazon.
We will conclude our tour at the French-inspired Rodrigues Alves Forest, a 15-hectare area that preserves part of the Amazon rainforest.
After three and a half hours, we will return you to your hotel, concluding the activity.
