Join us on a captivating tour of ceramic craftsmanship in Icoaraci, one of Brazil's top handicraft hubs, where you'll encounter exquisite handmade creations and learn about how they're made.

Description

We will pick you up from your hotel at the scheduled time and head to Icoaraci, located just 18 kilometers (11 miles) from downtown Belém. This northern Brazilian town is known for its ceramic craftsmanship.

Throughout the tour of Icoaraci, we will explore various pottery workshops and meet ceramic artisans who will share insights into their craft. You will learn about Icoaraciense, Marajoara, and Tapajônica cultures.

Artisans will guide us through the step-by-step process of creating ceramic pieces. Opportunities to buy some souvenirs will also be available.

Following our pottery tour, we will visit the Icoaraci waterfront, where you may enjoy a refreshing sip of coconut water.

After approximately four hours of exploration, we will conclude the Icoaraci pottery tour and return you to your hotel in Belém.
