Description

At your selected time, we'll meet up at the dive center for the beginners' scuba diving experience. The session begins with an introductory briefing on the basics of scuba diving and essential underwater communication signs. Following the briefing, we will head to the sea for practical experience.

At the beach, we'll equip ourselves with the necessary gear and enter the water. Before diving, we will practice breathing with a regulator, inflating and deflating your BCD life jacket, emptying your mask, and other basic techniques, ensuring you can fully enjoy your beginners' scuba diving experience. The dive will last approximately 30 minutes, reaching a maximum depth of 10 meters, where you will explore the marine life off the coast of Barcelona. After the dive, we will return to the beach and then back to the dive center.

After scuba diving, you must wait at least 24 hours before boarding a plane or going to high-altitude areas.
