Discover the Mediterranean charm of Tarragona and Sitges on this day trip from Barcelona. Immerse yourself in the history and culture of two of the most beautiful coastal towns in Catalonia!

Tarragona & Sitges Day Trip

We'll pick you up at the indicated time from your hotel in Barcelona and set off south by minibus to explore two coastal cities in Catalonia.

Our first stop will be at the Devil's Bridge lookout point in Tarragona province, where we will view the Les Ferreres Aqueduct, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its Roman engineering. A detailed history of the monument will be provided.

Next, we will head to the provincial capital for a walking tour of Tarragona's historic centre. This guided tour will feature the ancient Roman city of Tarraco, including the forum, walls, and the amphitheatre, previously used for gladiatorial contests.

After exploring Tarragona's Roman heritage, we will proceed to Sitges, located on the Costa del Garraf. A walking tour will showcase architectural highlights such as the modernist Casa Bacardí and Casa del Rellotge buildings, as well as the San Bartolomé and Santa Tecla Church.

At the end of the tour of Sitges, you will have two hours of free time to have lunch and explore. We will reconvene in the centre of Sitges for our return to Barcelona, arriving back at your hotel approximately 10 hours after departure.
