Tour en 4x4 por los viñedos del Penedés

Walk the famous vineyards of the Penedes on a 4x4 route through this area of Catalonia. A tasting of wines and cavas completes the enological experience.

Itinerary

At the right time, we will leave the center of the City Condal towards the region of the Penedes, between Barcelona and Tarragona. Upon arrival, we will go up to a jeep to make a 4x4 route through the vineyards of the region. During the course of approximately 40 minutes, an expert guide on inology will explain the characteristics of the strains, the cultivation process and the techniques to keep the grapes in optimal conditions.

We will also know some details about the history of the Penedes. The fame of his wines is remarkable, being mentioned in works like The heirs of the land of Ildefonso Falcones.

At the end of the tour in 4x4, we will enjoy the tasting of four wines of the Penedes and four Catalan cavas, where we will appreciate its aroma and flavor, and we will learn to distinguish its particularities. This tasting will be paired with a variety of typical tapas from the region.

Finally, we will return to the bus to return to the meeting point in Barcelona.
