At the indicated time we'll meet in front of the Teatro Petruzzelli to begin our day trip to Alberobello, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. Our first stop will be Alberobello, known for its "trulli". We will walk through its historic centre, a World Heritage Site featuring circular buildings with stone roofs.

The second destination is Monopoli, located on the southern coast of Bari. Its old town is surrounded by high walls and boasts a 16th-century castle. You'll have free time for lunch, with an opportunity to taste fresh fish.

Next, we will visit Polignano a Mare, set on a cliff overlooking the sea. You can explore its labyrinthine alleys that lead to stunning balconies with views of the Adriatic. Notably, Polignano a Mare is the birthplace of Domenico Modugno, with his statue located on the promenade. This destination is also featured in various international film productions.

Finally, we will return to Bari, concluding an 8.5-hour excursion.
