We will meet in front of the Petruzzelli Theatre in Bari before driving in a minibus to Alberobello, approximately an hour away. A short stop will be made in Polignano a Mare for coastal views.

Alberobello is known for its unique stone houses or 'trullos', which are declared World Heritage by UNESCO. During the trip, we will explore the districts of Rione Aia Piccola and Rione dei Monti, learning about the origins of these buildings.

We will visit one of the trullos and meet a family that inhabits these houses. They will share insights into the construction of these buildings. Additionally, we will participate in an extra virgin olive oil tasting session, a popular product in Puglia.

After the trullo visit, there will be one hour of free time to browse the handicraft stalls of Alberobello, known for their famous handcrafted products. Finally, we will return to the Petruzzelli Theatre in Bari, concluding our trip after a total of 6 hours.
