Your gastronomic tour of Bari will start at a meeting point at your chosen hour. Explore the historic centre, passing by the Basilica di San Nicola, the San Sabino Cathedral and the Castello Svevo, where your guide will share the castle's history.

The tour includes a stop at a panificio, a traditional bakery known for its typical focaccia barese. After enjoying some of this Italian bread, we will visit a salumeria to sample regional meats and cheeses.

Next, we will stroll through Bari, visiting street food stalls to taste scagliozze, fried polenta pancakes, and panzerottis, a type of turnover pastry.
