Pasta Experience Tour + Tasting

Feel like an authentic Italian chef learning to make traditional pasta in Bari! A local expert will teach you how to cook orecchiette and you will sample it afterwards.

Description

At the time of your choice, we will meet in the center of Bari. We will explore the Apulian city's historic center, discovering emblematic buildings like the castle, Bari Cathedral, and Basilica di San Nicola as we navigate the narrow streets.

We will then arrive at the home of Signora Maria, a local pasta-making expert who will host our cooking class. The pasta masterclass will begin with a lesson on how to shape the dough to make the famous orecchiette.

After shaping the pasta, we will watch Signora Maria cook it and once it is al dente, we will enjoy a plate of orecchiette with fresh tomato sauce in the traditional style.

Our pasta experience and meal will last for 2.5 hours.
