Feel like an authentic Italian chef learning to make traditional pasta in Bari! A local expert will teach you how to cook orecchiette and sample it afterwards.
Description
At the time of your choice, we'll meet in the center of Bari. From there, we'll explore the historic center, discovering emblematic buildings like the castle, Bari Cathedral, and the Basilica di San Nicola as we navigate the narrow streets.
We'll then arrive at the home of Signora Maria, a local pasta-making expert who will host our cooking class. The masterclass will begin with a lesson on how to shape the dough to make the famous orecchiette.
After shaping the pasta, we'll observe Signora Maria as she cooks it, and once it's al dente, we'll enjoy a plate of orecchiette with fresh tomato sauce in the traditional style!
Our pasta experience and meal will last 2.5 hours.
