If you've already got an official scuba diving qualification, our scuba diving activity in Moreno Lake is perfect for you. We'll explore the bottom of a once glacial lagoon in the Argentinean province of Río Negro.

Moreno Lake Scuba Diving Activity

At your chosen time, we'll start our scuba diving activity for certified divers on the shores of Moreno Lake, next to the Circuito Chico bridge. After preparing our wetsuits, tanks, goggles, flippers, and other equipment, we'll dive into the waters of Moreno Lake, located in the Circuito Chico de Bariloche, a main diving location in the Argentinean province of Río Negro.

The lake features more than 20 dive sites, allowing us to select the one that best suits our group. While underwater, we'll observe a unique lake ecosystem with fish such as trout and perch, and we will identify various aquatic plants in this biodiverse area. We will take several underwater photographs to capture the stunning landscapes beneath the surface, serving as a souvenir of the experience.

This 2-hour activity concludes with the return of the diving equipment at the meeting point.

Obligatory certification

To participate in this diving activity at Moreno Lake, you must hold a PADI Open Water Diver, One Star Diver, PADI Rescue Diver, or a similar certification. On the day of the dive, a valid document verifying this certification will be required.
