River Turvo Rafting Tour

When booking, you can choose between options based on your preferred difficulty level. All routes will meet at km 21.5 of the Estrada Municipal Barreiro. If you do not have experience, we will provide instruction on how to correctly handle the paddles.

Each option includes a simulation to practice, and at the end of the activity, you can take a dip in the river!

Easy difficulty Route (5 kilometres)

This option starts from the Reginaldo neighbourhood, located at kilometre 13, descending the Turvo River for an hour and a half to two hours until reaching the Barreiro neighbourhood. The 5-kilometre (3.2 miles) route includes class II and III rapids. A minibus will return us to the starting point after the trip.

Easy difficulty Route (7 kilometres)

This route starts in the Água Quente neighbourhood, descending the Turvo River to the Ribeirão Bonito neighbourhood, where a vehicle will be waiting to take us back. The approximately 7-kilometre (4.3 miles) descent includes level II and III rapids and takes between one and a half to two hours, depending on water levels and paddling skill.

Moderate difficulty Route (3 kilometres)

This route begins in the Ribeirão Bonito neighbourhood and features a 3-kilometre (1.8 miles) journey through class III and IV rapids until reaching the Reginaldo neighbourhood, marking the end of the activity.
