River Turvo Rafting Tour

When booking, you can choose between different options based on your preference for an easy or moderate difficulty route. All routes will meet at km 21.5 of the Estrada Municipal Barreiro. No experience is required, as instructions on how to correctly handle the paddles will be provided.

Each option includes a simulation for practice and concludes with an opportunity to take a dip in the river.

Easy difficulty Route (5 kilometres)

This route starts from the Reginaldo neighbourhood at kilometre 13, descending the river Turvo for one and a half to two hours until we reach the Barreiro neighbourhood. The route covers 5 kilometres (3.2 miles) with class II and III rapids. A minibus will return participants to the starting point after the trip.

Easy difficulty Route (7 kilometres)

Starting in the Água Quente neighbourhood, participants will descend the Turvo River to the Ribeirão Bonito neighbourhood. This option addresses level II and III rapids over a distance of approximately 7 kilometres (4.3 miles), with a descent duration of one and a half to two hours, depending on water levels and paddling skills.

Moderate difficulty Route (3 kilometres)

Beginning in the Ribeirão Bonito neighbourhood, this route spans 3 kilometres (1.8 miles) through class III and IV rapids until reaching the Reginaldo neighbourhood, marking the end of the activity.
