We will pick you up from your hotel in Barranquilla at 4:30 am and set off in a minibus to the Islas del Rosario dock. There, a speedboat will be waiting to take us through the Cienaga de Santa Marta marsh, which is a World Biosphere Reserve. Discover stunning landscapes during the trip.

During the boat trip, you will appreciate the variety of colorful flora and fauna of the Cienaga. This area features idyllic paths, exuberant vegetation, and beautiful lakes, with shores home to palafitte towns that have maintained a distinct way of life for centuries.

We will stop in one of the villages to learn about the community and its ancestral customs. After interacting with local residents, we will taste a traditional meal prepared with fish or vegetables. This culinary experience in the natural environment will be memorable.

Finally, we will return to the minibus and head back to Barranquilla, where we will arrive at 3:30 pm.
