Saint Kitts Tourist Train & Bus
At the time of your choice, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Basseterre and head to the St. Kitts Railway Station. Ready to board the "Last Railway in the West Indies?" The train was built between 1912 and 1926 to transport sugar cane from the plantations to the factories in Basseterre. Today it is popular among visitors to St. Kitts.
We'll travel almost 30 kilometers, admiring the Caribbean coast, small villages, old mills, and the Liamuiga volcano. During this scenic route, you'll also enjoy music and a snack consisting of local sweets, chips, fruit punch, and a daiquiri.
On board the train, we'll pass places of historical significance such as St. Paul's Village and the Brimstone Hill Fortress, which is a defensive monument of British origin and a World Heritage Site.
After a two-hour train ride, we'll board a bus for a 45-minute sightseeing tour to see Saint Kitts and its jungles. After three and a half hours of activity, we'll finish the tour by dropping you back at your hotel.
