Normandy Landings Motorcycle + Sidecar Tour

June 6th, 1944, marks D-Day and the Normandy Landings. The tour departs from Bayeux via motorcycle and sidecar, exploring significant historical sites connected to this pivotal day in World War II.

An experienced guide will drive the motorcycle, which accommodates two passengers plus an additional passenger in the sidecar. The journey begins with helmets on, heading first to Arromanches to view part of Port Mulberry and the artificial ports built for allied soldiers. Next, the tour continues to Longues-sur-Mer, known for its former defense arsenal and coastal views.

After taking in the sights, the group travels to Port-en-Basin, then onto Omaha Beach, a principal landing site on D-Day, where visitors can feel the weight of history. The tour also includes a visit to the American Cemetery of Normandy to honor those who lost their lives during the war. The last stop will be at Point du Hoc cliff.

The tour concludes with a return to Bayeux, approximately 3.5 hours after departure.
