On this day trip to Campina Grande, you'll get to celebrate San Juan in Povo Park.

Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in João Pessoa to travel to Campina Grande, the site of the largest San Juan celebrations in northeast Brazil.

After a 1.5-hour journey, we'll reach Povo Park, where a themed bus will take us to the festival area. Onboard, we'll be accompanied by a guide dressed as a traditional character, the matuto, who will share stories about local culture.

During the journey, we will enjoy traditional forró pé de serra music and learn about northeast Brazilian songs and traditions. You'll also have the chance to taste cachacinhas de Paraíba, along with traditional snacks like popcorn and canjica.

We'll arrive at the vibrant streets celebrating San Juan in Campina Grande, where you'll have 5 hours of free time to enjoy the festivities, dancing, and quadrilhas juninas show. Each year features themed areas of the festival with surprises.

After our meeting, we'll drop you off at your hotel in João Pessoa, concluding the trip 8 hours after pickup.
