Tripoli Tour
At the designated time, pickup will be at your hotel in Beirut, followed by a drive north along the Mediterranean.
After a 2-hour drive, we'll arrive in Tripoli, one of the oldest cities in Lebanon. Upon arrival, a guided tour of the citadel of Raymond de Saint-Gilles will take place. This defensive complex, associated with a notable crusader, was captured by the Ottomans in the 19th century, significantly influencing its future.
Next, a tour of the souks of Tripoli will allow us to explore popular Lebanese products. Then, we'll visit the Al-Abd baths, home to one of the oldest hammams in Lebanon.
In this thermal center, you'll relax for about an hour to rejuvenate your body and mind. Following this, we'll head to the port of Tripoli, stopping at a restaurant overlooking the sea to enjoy a traditional Lebanese fish dish.
After lunch, we'll proceed to the nearby town of Batroun for a brief stop to admire its ancient Phoenician walls and learn about its history.
Finally, we will return to Beirut, with arrival at your hotel scheduled 7 hours after pickup.
