At the appointed time, we'll meet at Donegall Square in front of the City Hall. The food tour of Belfast will begin with a visit to a café for hot chocolate and cannoli, paired with chocolate liqueur. We will learn local cooking techniques throughout the tour.

The next stop will be a local eatery to try soda bread with sausages, a typical dish in Northern Ireland. Afterward, we'll visit a fishmonger to sample oysters and smoked salmon.

We'll proceed to a cheese shop to taste various cheeses and learn about the cheese culture of Belfast. Next, we'll visit a typical pub to enjoy Irish stew accompanied by craft beer.

In the final stretch, we'll toast with two varieties of Irish whiskey and finish with an Irish coffee.

The tour will conclude on Hill Street after a duration of three and a half hours.
