Giant's Causeway Tour

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at 31 Chichester Street and set off on our journey to Giant's Causeway.

The first stop will be at Dunluce Castle, where we'll take a brief 10-minute pause for you to capture images of the clifftop medieval castle ruins.

Next, we’ll proceed to Giant's Causeway, allocating 1 hour and 30 minutes for you to freely explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The site's distinctly stunning landscapes will transport you to what feels like another world!

Giant's Causeway is an extensive collection of interlocking basalt columns formed approximately 50 to 60 million years ago from an ancient volcanic eruption. The cooling lava resulted in the creation of roughly 40,000 hexagonal basalt columns. According to legend, these columns were the construction of the giant Finn McCool.

Following our time at Giant's Causeway, our next destination will be the Dark Hedges. We will spend around 20 minutes at this enchanting location, an avenue adorned with beech trees that has become a staple tourist attraction in Northern Ireland, even featured in Game of Thrones as the King's Road!

We will then return to Belfast, concluding approximately 6.5 hours of touring.

The tour will finish at the same meeting point in Belfast.

If you prefer, you can arrange for a drop-off in Dublin after the activity instead of returning to Belfast, which must be paid in cash on the day. Please inform your local tour provider of this preference via email to the address provided on your booking voucher.
