Itinerary

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Belgrade at the scheduled time, as we set forth to explore the enchanting scenery that West Serbia has to offer.

Our first stop is the iconic Šargan 8 Railway. As we board its vintage carriages, marvel at the breathtaking views while revisiting the past. Along the journey, you will learn interesting anecdotes about the railway’s history and the origin of its name.

Following this historical experience, we will continue our trip to Me?avnik, a picturesque ethno-village where the Kustendorf Film Festival takes place each year. This charming village, created by the Serbian cinematic visionary Emir Kusturica, features uniquely crafted wooden houses. Here, you’ll have some time to enjoy lunch while appreciating the rustic artistry around you.

After regrouping, we will begin our return journey to Belgrade, passing through the beautiful and serpentine Ov?ar-Kablar Canyon.

We will then make a final stop along the serene banks of the Drina River, where we can admire the remarkable House on the Drina, a log cabin perched upon a stone from the riverbed. A visit to a nearby viewpoint will allow you to soak in the stunning vistas of mountains and the clear waters below.

As the day comes to a close, we will return to your hotel in Belgrade, concluding this enriching 12-hour tour.
