Provençal Lavender Farm Tour
Our guided tour of an authentic Provençal lavender farm begins at the entrance to Un MAS en Provence in Bellegarde.
We will stroll through the lavender fields to discover the secrets of this aromatic plant, including its cultivation methods and the reason for its intense mauve hue.
Next, we will visit the farmhouse's distillery to observe the steam still, where we can see the essential oil cultivation process and how high-quality organic essential oils are made.
Following this, we will head to the projection room for a short video about daily life on the lavender farm. We will also take part in an olfactory initiation workshop to learn about different essential oils and how to identify them for daily use.
After 1 hour of exploration, we will return to the starting point to conclude our visit.
