Description
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Central Market, located in the city centre. This market covers 14,000 square meters and has more than 400 stalls, making it the third largest market in the world.
Upon entering, we'll enjoy a welcoming coffee and start a 2-hour walk through the vibrant stalls, exploring local products like handicrafts, spices, meats, and typical dishes. We will also visit bars and restaurants. We will take a moment to learn about the vendors and the daily life at the market, tasting delicious cheese, wine, and cachaça.
Next, we will head to the Belo Horizonte New Market, known as the Old New Market. This location features unique stores with artistic pieces. We will visit an art gallery and enjoy a Pastel de Angú with a lemonade or a caipirinha.
After 4 hours, we'll return to the meeting point to conclude our tour.
