Ebro Delta Day Trip & Catamaran Tour

We'll meet at 2:45 pm in the Benicassim Tourist Office and head to the Ebro Delta wetlands, where we'll see its unique ecosystem.

After 1 hour and 15 minutes, we'll arrive in the stunning region of Catalonia. We will board a catamaran to explore this extraordinary environment. During the tour, we'll pass by Buda Island, the largest island in Catalonia, which features over 3 miles (5 km) of unspoilt beaches.

Birds such as seagulls, flamingos, ducks, swans, and stone curlews can be spotted along the riverbanks. Following our wildlife observation, we'll enter the region's expansive rice fields, which produce 6 different varieties of rice recognized with the seal of Protected Origin of Destination.

After a 50-minute catamaran ride, we'll reach the Ebro Delta Ecomuseum to learn more about the area's biodiversity.

Following the museum visit, we will return to the bus and arrive back in Benicassim by 8:15 pm.
