We'll pick you up from your hotel in Bento Gonçalves at the appointed time and start this tour of the most important wine estates in Serra Gaúcha.

During the visit to the wineries, we'll learn about the modern technologies used in their facilities and the traditional methods of smaller estates.

First, we'll take a one-hour visit to the Aurora Winery, the largest wine-producing cooperative in Brazil.

Later, we will visit the Michele Carraro and Barcarola wineries for a 40-minute visit at each. Afterward, we will proceed to the Valbrenta cheese factory, where staff will explain how their delicious cheese is made.

After learning about these two key aspects of the region's cuisine, we'll return you to your hotel four hours after the tour begins.
