On this wine tour through Bento Gonçalves and Garibaldi, we will explore the flavors of the Serra Gaúcha by visiting three significant wine estates while learning about their culture and tradition.

Bento Gonçalves & Garibaldi Winery Tour

Pickup will be at 8:30 am from your hotel for the wineries of Bento Gonçalves and Garibaldi. The Vale dos Vinhedos lies between Bento Gonçalves, Garibaldi, and Monte Belo do Sul, showcasing the strong Italian cultural influence in Brazil, particularly in grape cultivation.

Our first stop will be Vinícola Aurora, a cooperative established in the 1930s, representing 1100 associated families that produce about 50 million kilos of grapes per year, making it the largest wine cooperative in Latin America. We will tour its facilities and proceed to a wine tasting. The next visit will be to Vinícola Garibaldi, known for its wines and champagnes. A tasting will follow this visit, after which we will head to Casa Valduga, whose origins are from the 19th century, to sample its main wines.

We will have an Italian lunch featuring typical dishes such as pasta, risotto, chicken, polenta, and cheese.

We will return to Bento Gonçalves and drop you off at your hotel around 4:30 pm.

The tour includes pickup from hotels in the center of Bento Gonçalves. For hotels outside this area, an alternative pickup point will be arranged.
