Maria Fumaça Train Ride & Garibaldi Winery Tour

On this ride on the iconic Maria Fumaça train, we will experience dance, music, and wine, making it an ideal tour for wine tourism lovers. We will also visit the Cooperative Winery Garibaldi to taste their products.

We will meet at Rua Duque de Caxias in Bento Gonçalves to begin a tour where wine, tradition, and history will be highlighted. Our adventure starts with a ride on the famous Maria Fumaça train, also called the 'Wine Train'. During the journey, we will taste different wines and enjoy music shows and typical dances.

Next, we will stop at the Epopeia Italiana theme park to learn about the history of Italian immigrants in Brazil, followed by a visit to the Garibaldi Wine Cooperative. Here, we will explore the country’s winemaking tradition and partake in a tasting of their home-produced wines.

We will conclude our tour at the Devorata shop, where you can purchase truffles, a homemade specialty. The tour lasts five hours, after which we will return to the starting point.
