Description

At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Bento Gonçalves and begin this craft beer tour of Serra Gáucha.

During the day, we'll visit 2 breweries that produce their own drinks and see their facilities. The talented master brewers will explain the production process of different beers, each with its distinct nuances.

We'll also participate in a tasting, accompanied by a range of products with each beer.

To conclude the tour, we will have a full lunch at the Blauth Bier Brewery, consisting of:

A starter of small potatoes filled with cream and bacon.A main course of either grilled veal with potato gnocchi and parmesan sauce or Schnitzel with potato purée and bacon farofa.A brownie with ice cream and dark chocolate ganache for dessert.

After this experience, we will return to the hotels, completing the tour after 8 hours.
