At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Bento Gonçalves to begin this craft beer tour of Serra Gáucha.

During the day, we'll visit 2 breweries and see their facilities. The master brewers will explain the production process of various beers, each appealing to different palates.

We'll also participate in a tasting accompanied by products that complement each beer.

To conclude the tour, we'll enjoy a full lunch at the Blauth Bier Brewery, featuring:

A starter of small potatoes filled with cream and bacon.A main course of either grilled veal with potato gnocchi and parmesan sauce or Schnitzel with potato purée and bacon farofa.A brownie with ice cream and dark chocolate ganache for dessert.

After this delightful meal, we will return to the hotels, concluding the tour after 8 hours.
