At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Bento Gonçalves and begin this craft beer tour of Serra Gáucha.

During the day, we'll visit 2 breweries and see their facilities. Master brewers will explain the production process of different beers, each with distinct nuances.

We'll take part in a tasting, accompanied by a range of products to complement each beer.

To conclude the tour, we'll be served a full lunch at the Blauth Bier Brewery. The menu includes:

A starter of small potatoes filled with cream and bacon.A main course of either grilled veal with potato gnocchi and parmesan sauce or Schnitzel with potato purée and bacon farofa.A brownie with ice cream and dark chocolate ganache for dessert.

After the tour, we'll return to the hotels, concluding the experience after 8 hours.
