At the appointed time, we'll meet at Rua Duque de Caxias in Bento Gonçalves to enter the Vale dos Vinhedos, where we'll go on a tour for wine enthusiasts.

This valley encompasses three towns: Bento Gonçalves, Monte Belo do Sul, and Garibaldi, boasting a significant historical, cultural, and gastronomic legacy from the Italian settlers who arrived in the Serras Gaúchas at the end of the 19th century.

The oenological tradition in the valley has evolved into a modern industry utilizing new technologies. This makes the Vale dos Vinhedos a notable destination for wine lovers.

We'll visit the Cave do Sol and Torcello wine estates, exploring their vineyards and learning about their production methods, followed by a tasting of their products.

Additionally, we'll visit the Devorata Trufas Artesanais shop, with over 30 years of experience in handmade sweets, and stop at Empório La Vigna, a market featuring regional products.

After four hours of activity, we'll return you to the starting point.
