Berat Castle + Onufri Museum Tour

At the appointed time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and start a tour of Berat to discover the features of the city of a thousand windows.

First, we'll visit Berat Castle, a fortified citadel surrounded by imposing walls. As we ascend the hill, you'll enjoy views of the city and its surroundings.

Inside the castle walls, we'll explore small streets, stone houses, and gardens. We will see the ruins of a mosque and some churches, including the church of the Holy Trinity.

The next stop will be the Onufri Museum, which showcases the origins of Albanian religious art. This museum is dedicated to a significant Albanian painter and features almost 200 works that outline the history of medieval sacred art.

Before concluding the tour, we'll have time to enjoy a traditional Albanian meal.

The tour of Berat Castle and the Onufri Museum will end four hours later in the center of Berat.
