Cooking Class With an Albanian Family

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Rruga Mihal Komnena for the cooking class with an Albanian family. After introductions, we will head to a traditional house in Berat to begin this experience.

Upon arrival, the Albanian family will welcome us into the kitchen, where we will learn to prepare typical regional dishes. The menu includes tave kosi, a lamb casserole with yogurt sauce, and fërgesë, made with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese.

While cooking, we'll enjoy a glass of wine and raki as accompaniments. The experience concludes with us gathered around a table to savor the dishes we've prepared and engage in conversation with the family, exploring their culture. Remember to save room for dessert.

The class lasts approximately two to three hours, after which we will conclude our time together. Until we meet again!
