Cooking Class With an Albanian Family

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet up at Rruga Mihal Komnena to begin the cooking class with an Albanian family. After introductions, we will head to a traditional house in Berat to start the experience.

Upon arrival, the family will welcome us into the kitchen, where we'll learn to prepare typical dishes of the region, including tave kosi (a lamb casserole with yogurt sauce) and fërgesë (a dish with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese).

During the cooking process, we'll enjoy a glass of wine and raki as complements to our dishes, with the main reward at the conclusion of the class.

We will gather around a table to savor the dishes we've prepared while conversing with the Albanian family and learning about their culture. Remember to save room for dessert.

The cooking class will last approximately two to three hours before concluding.
