At the time of your choice, we will meet at Piazza Mercato delle Scarpe 5 to begin our food tour. We will pass through the historic Porta Dipinta and enter the upper part of Lombard Town to discover the city's delicacies.

Accompanied by our guide, we will wander through the streets of Bergamo's historic centre, exploring traditional country dishes and the latest culinary trends that blend strong and delicate flavours.

The tour begins with a traditional Bergamo aperitif alongside a glass of Valcalepio red wine, followed by a plate of fresh pasta, including foiade or casoncelli, a traditional filled pasta.

Our second tasting features polenta with lard and cheese, an old recipe with cornflour and taleggio cheese, renowned in Lombard gastronomy.

To conclude, we will visit an old ice cream parlour for coffee and stracciatella ice cream, a flavor invented here in the 1960s.

The tour lasts 3 hours, focused on discovering Bergamo's cuisine.
