The sightseeing tourist bus of Bergen will take you to every essential part of the 'city of seven mountains'. You can hop on hop off at any of the designated stops, allowing you to explore the city at your own pace.

The hop on hop off sightseeing bus of Bergen follows a 45-minute route with 13 stops at principal tourist sights. On board the double-decker, open-top bus, you will have access to an English language audio guide detailing the monuments visible from the bus.

Essential stops include the Fish Market, Bryggens Museum, Fredriksberg Fortress, and the iconic 12th-century Cathedral.

How it works

The ticket is valid for 24 consecutive hours from its first use. For instance, if activated on Tuesday at 10:30 am, it remains valid until Wednesday at 10:30 am. During this period, you can hop on and off the bus as many times as you wish.

When reserving, you will indicate a start day but can utilize the service anytime within three months following this date.

Timetable and frequency

The tourist bus operates between April and September from 9 am to 4 pm, with departures every 30 minutes. The total tour duration is 45 minutes.
