Description

The Berlin Big Bus tourist bus operates two routes:

Red Line: 17-stop route through central Berlin, approximately 2 hours long, starting at Ku'Damm and featuring stops at Museum Island, the Brandenburg Gate, and the Reichstag.Blue Line: 4-stop route in eastern Berlin, about 40 minutes, with stops at Alexanderplatz square and East Side Gallery.

Big Bus ticket types

When booking, you can select from the following tickets:

24-hour ticket: unlimited travel on both routes for 24 hours.48-hour ticket: unlimited travel for 48 hours, includes a tasting of German Currywurst sausage, and a walking tour in English.

The German Currywurst (available with the 48-hour ticket) can be obtained daily at Curry Wolf locations at Rankestrasse 36 (stop 1) and Unter den Linden (stops 12 and 13).

The walking tour (included in the 48-hour ticket) is a 1.5-hour guided tour covering historical events of Berlin, starting at the Brandenburg Gate (stop 13) and concluding at Checkpoint Charlie (stop 6), daily at 2 pm.

Schedules and frequencies

Red route: operates from 10 am to 4 pm every 20-30 minutes.Blue route: operates from 10:15 am to 4:15 pm every 60 minutes.

How does the Berlin sightseeing bus work?

The ticket is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours from its first use, allowing unlimited access during this period. A start date is indicated when booking, but tickets can be activated any time within 6 months of the chosen date.
