Bertioga Hiking Tour + Boat Trip

Join us for an exciting hiking adventure through the Restinga de Bertioga State Park, where we'll uncover natural wonders and embark on a boat ride along the Itapanhaú River.

Description

We'll meet at Rua Pastor Djalma da Silva Coimbra to begin our hiking tour in Bertioga. Our tour starts with a brief boat ride along the Itapanhaú River, traversing the Brazilian rainforest and observing the landscape's transformation.

We'll navigate through mangroves, riparian forests, swamp forests, and other diverse areas. Bertioga Restinga State Park offers varied scenery throughout the tour.

Following the boat ride, we will hike approximately 5 - 6 kilometers (3.1 - 3.7 miles). During the hike, you will experience different thermal sensations and appreciate the vibrant flora of the Atlantic Forest.

We will pass by the cable car line of the Itatinga Hydroelectric Power Plant and the iron bridge over the Guaxanduva River. At the hike's conclusion, there will be an opportunity to cool off in the natural pools.

After about four hours of exploration, we will return to the starting point.
