Day Trip Details

After picking you up from the meeting point at the indicated time, we'll go to the estuary. Along its right bank, we'll head to the industrial villages of Barakaldo, Sestao and Portugalete.

Our first stop will be the famous Getxo Suspension Bridge, where you'll have free time for photographs of the area.

The tour continues to the imposing Butron Castle (45 metres high). From here we'll head towards the coast and arrive at a viewpoint with views of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, a hermitage on a rock surrounded by the sea, a filming location for the Game of Thrones series.

Next, we'll reach Bermeo, a charming fishing village. Continuing along the coast, we'll pass through Mundaka to see the landscapes of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve.

Our last stop will be the town of Gernika, to learn about its history. We'll also visit the outside of the Casa de Juntas and its Tree.

As we return to Bilbao, we'll cross the landscapes of interior Bizkaia, arriving at the starting point after our 7-hour day trip.
