At the scheduled time, we will meet at 3 Goienkale to begin our journey through Basque gastronomy, focusing on its flagship dish, pintxos. Participants will learn how to make various delicious tapas, utilizing techniques ranging from traditional to innovative methods such as molecular cooking. This experience aims to enable you to feel like a real Basque chef by using ingredients to create authentic culinary masterpieces.
The workshop will cover traditional recipes including gilda, pil pil cod, smoked veal, and gatzatua, with a modern twist applied to enhance these dishes. Participants will also enjoy local cheese and wine during the cooking process. Finally, everyone will have the opportunity to taste their delicious creations.
After 2 hours, we will conclude the workshop with memorable flavors.
