At this pintxos workshop in Bilbao, we'll explore Basque gastronomy using traditional and innovative techniques to create culinary delights.

Description

We'll meet at 3 Goienkale to begin our journey into Basque gastronomy and its signature dish, pintxos. Participants will learn how to prepare various delicious tapas through a range of techniques, including traditional methods and molecular cooking.

The workshop will focus on classic recipes such as gilda, pil pil cod, smoked veal, and gatzatua, with a modern twist added to these dishes.

During the session, we will enjoy local cheese and wine as we cook. The experience will culminate in tasting our culinary creations.

After 2 hours, we will conclude the workshop satisfied with our flavorful dishes.
