Description
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at 3 Goienkale to begin this journey through Basque gastronomy and its flagship dish, pintxos. You will learn how to make these delicacies.
In the workshop, we will learn to prepare a variety of tapas, employing techniques ranging from traditional to innovative ones, such as molecular cooking. Participants will experience creating authentic culinary masterpieces using local ingredients.
We will focus on traditional recipes, including gilda, pil pil cod, smoked veal, and gatzatua, while incorporating modern twists to these dishes.
Additionally, we will enjoy some local cheese and wine during the cooking. At the end of the workshop, we will taste our creations. After 2 hours, we will conclude the experience with a memorable culinary journey.
