At this pintxos workshop in Bilbao, we'll explore Basque gastronomy through traditional and innovative techniques to create various culinary delights.
Description
We'll meet at 3 Goienkale to embark on our culinary journey focused on pintxos, the flagship dish of the region. You'll learn to prepare a variety of tapas, employing techniques from traditional methods to molecular cooking. This experience allows you to feel like a real Basque chef as you create authentic culinary masterpieces.
We will explore Basque culinary tradition by preparing classic recipes such as gilda, pil pil cod, smoked veal, and gatzatua, while adding modern twists to enhance these dishes.
During the workshop, we will also enjoy some local cheese and wine as we cook. At the end of the session, we will taste our creations.
After a duration of 2 hours, we will conclude our workshop with a memorable tasting experience.
