At this pintxos workshop in Bilbao, participants will explore Basque gastronomy using traditional and innovative techniques to create pintxos.

Description

We will meet at 3 Goienkale at the scheduled time to begin the workshop focused on the iconic Basque dish, pintxos. Participants will learn to create various tapas, utilizing techniques ranging from traditional to innovative, including molecular cooking. This experience allows participants to embrace the role of a Basque chef, using fresh ingredients to produce culinary masterpieces.

The workshop will cover traditional Basque recipes, including gilda, pil pil cod, smoked veal, and gatzatua, while also introducing modern twists to these dishes.

Participants will enjoy local cheese and wine during the cooking process and will have the opportunity to taste their creations. The workshop lasts for 2 hours, concluding with a delicious farewell.
