Remind yourself of the iconic series with this Game of Thrones Tour from Bilbao. You'll visit well-known locations such as San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, Zumaia and Muriola Beach.

Description

At the appointed time, we'll depart by bus from the Puppy Flower Dog Sculpture, located next to the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao. Our bus will take us on a trip to the locations filmed in the HBO series, Game of Thrones. We'll discover why these locations were chosen and more facts.

As we follow in the footsteps of Daenerys, Tyrion, and Jon Snow along the Basque coast, our first stop will be Muriola Beach in Barrika, known in fiction as King's Landing beach. Here we'll recall when Davos, Tyrion, and Gendry fled from the Golden Company in the seventh season.

The tour continues to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, also known as Dragonstone. We'll visit its hermitage to admire its façade and learn about its history while remembering the scenes filmed here.

After this walk, we'll stop in Bermeo for one hour of free time to have lunch at a local restaurant. We recommend the famous pintxos accompanied by a txakoli.

Next, we'll visit Butron Castle, an imposing fortress 20 kilometers (12 miles) from Bilbao. Here you can try on cloaks and swords to dress up as the Lords of Winterfell and take photos.

Finally, we'll travel to Itzurun Beach in Zumaia, where Daenerys Targaryen and her dragons arrived. This location was chosen for one of the series' most important moments. You'll enjoy its landscape!

The tour concludes with our return to the meeting point at approximately 5:30 pm.
