Isla de Sacrificios Kayak & Snorkel Tour

Navigate the waters of the Gulf of Mexico on this kayaking route to the Isla de Sacrificios from Boca del Río. Once on the islet, you can go snorkelling off its coast!

Activity Details

Enjoy the natural surroundings of the Gulf of Mexico. At the designated time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Veracruz and head to La Bamba Beach. Here, you will receive basic training on the kayaks.

After the training, we will kayak to the Isla de Sacrificios. You can paddle at your own pace while being supervised by accredited professionals. The duration to reach the island will depend on the paddling experience of the participants.

Upon reaching the islet's coast, we will anchor and equip ourselves for snorkelling. Enjoy snorkelling at the Isla de Sacrificios, where you can see various plant and marine species in the Veracruz Reef Park at shallow depths.

After snorkelling, we will return to the Isla de Sacrificios, take up the kayaks again, and head back to La Bamba Beach, concluding the tour after approximately 5 hours.
