Zapatilla Island & Coral Cay Boat Tour

Spend a day island hopping in Bocas del Toro! Explore the paradise beaches of the Zapatilla Islands and Cayo Coral, and keep your eyes peeled for sloths and dolphins.

Tour Details

We'll meet at the pier of the hotel Paraíso Caribeño. A boat will be waiting to take us to Cayo Zapatilla and Cayo Coral, two true paradises on the north coast of Panama.

We'll sail for just over half an hour through emerald-coloured waters to Dolphin Bay. Keep your eyes wide open! If conditions are favorable, we'll be fortunate to spot the dolphins that inhabit this area of Panama.

Next, we'll sail for another half hour until we reach Cayo Coral, an islet surrounded by a coral reef and waters that shimmer between green and turquoise. You will have 2 hours of free time to enjoy the beach and have lunch. You will also be able to use the snorkeling equipment provided to explore the local marine life.

Afterward, we'll continue sailing to Cayo Zapatilla. After a 20-minute journey, we'll arrive at a gorgeous white-sand beach. You'll have 2 hours of free time to swim in the crystal-clear waters and explore the island's lush tropical vegetation.

Finally, we'll sail back to the dock, where we'll arrive 6 hours after setting sail.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You will set off from the hotel Paraíso Caribeño pier, where the boat awaits. Your journey begins with a scenic boat ride to Dolphin Bay, a prime location for dolphin sightings. Continue to Cayo Coral, where you will enjoy free time to relax, have lunch, and snorkel among vibrant marine life. After Cayo Coral, head to Cayo Zapatilla for more free time at a stunning beach before returning to the dock.
