La Chorrera Forest Hiking Tour

At 7 am, we will pick you up at your hotel in Creel. We will board a vehicle that will take us to the vicinity of Lake Arareco, where the hiking route through the forest of La Chorrera begins, located between two mountains.

Once we arrive, we will set off on a 6-kilometer (3.7-mile) hike among the trees of this dense forest, known as pinabetes, which can reach 25 meters (82 feet) in height.

During the excursion, we will admire various plants and animals in the forest of La Chorrera. In summer, mist on the trees enhances the landscape.

We will reach the highest part of the forest, where we will have views of the valley of San Ignacio. At the end of the route, we will return you to your hotel in Creel, arriving around 10 am.
