Electric Bike Tour + Moose Watching

Looking to spot some moose in Norway? Join this fun and original safari via electric bike, leading you to encounter these majestic mammals of Straumøya.

Description

At the designated time, we'll meet at the Hotel Radisson Blu in Bodø. From there, we'll board a minibus for a 30-minute journey to Straumen Strait, where the electric bikes await. Our cycling route will last approximately two hours, focused on witnessing wild moose inhabiting the island of Straumøya.

This bike safari will lead us through the island's forests, offering views of the Saltfjorden fjord. There will be several stops, with included snacks and a hot drink for refueling.

Along the way, we'll discuss whether moose are solitary creatures, their antler shedding habits, and the dangers they face. This adventure combines nature observation with educational insights. After our cycling experience, we'll conclude the activity and return to the starting point after four hours of exploring.
